The Workouts
Every CrossFit class consists of constantly varied, well-balanced programming led by an experienced coach.
Each day the workout will test a different part of your functional strength or conditioning, with the intention of building a body & mind capable of achieving anything.
Programming aims to cover every aspect of fitness; strength, stamina, power, mobility & endurance, with the end goal of becoming stronger, fitter, and able to move faster - all with increasingly better form & technique.
